Plot

Retired police officer Damon, who is disabled, makes Victoria, a former drug transporter and his caregiver, gather money from different places in the city during one night. He does this by holding Victoria’s daughter, Lily, as a hostage. As Victoria moves from one location to another, people who have wronged her in the past attack her. At the same time, a police officer enters Damon’s home without permission, but Damon kills him.

At the last stop, Victoria is taken to the Governor’s house. The Governor asks Victoria to help him defeat Damon, but Victoria refuses and kills the Governor instead.

After returning to Damon’s home, Victoria is reunited with Lily. Damon explains that he did not need the money Victoria collected. Instead, the night was part of his plan to remove Victoria’s enemies and the corrupt Governor, which would help eliminate crime and corruption in the city.

As morning arrives, Damon lures corrupt police officers who worked for the Governor to his home. He then explodes himself and the officers. Meanwhile, Victoria and Lily leave safely.

Peter Sobczynski, writing for RogerEbert.com, described the film as repeating tired genre ideas in a way that is dull and lacking in excitement. He noted that the only moment of real interest occurs when the heroine enters a bar where danger is supposedly present, though the background television shows curling instead. He compared the film to the low-quality movies made by Steven Seagal, saying those films seem more focused and committed by comparison. Sobczynski gave the film a rating of one out of four stars.
